Step through the gates to a different era, a peaceful paradise in the midst of the city. This beautiful 1934 Spanish, previously featured in Architectural Digest, is a purist's dream and a gardener's delight. Set on an oversized lot, this gorgeous home exudes charm and character with hardwood floors, vintage hardware, and beautiful architectural details. Beyond the house is an extraordinary garden that must be experienced in person. Native plants abound in a horticulture concert of cacti, fruit trees, avocado trees, agave and olive trees situated around a swimming pool and creating a beautifully surreal and transporting environment. The home features three expansive bedrooms, two baths, as well as a laundry room, breakfast room, formal dining room and a large living room with fireplace, French doors and an original oversized window with stained glass inlay. Walled and gated, this hidden treasure is a very rare and special home.
